Every dog is different.

Different personality, different owners, different home environment, different routine. Because of this, I see dogs and owners on a one-to-one basis. 

The consultation will take place in your own home at a time convenient to you. This is for the following reasons:

• The owner can see exactly what I do – there is no mystery
• I see both the dog and owner in an environment in which they are comfortable and is therefore less stressful
• A dog may behave differently outside the home

During the consultation I will explain why your dog behaves as it does and the steps you need to take to communicate effectively with it and so  improve it's behaviour. I will stay with you until you feel comfortable with what you need to do, usually this will take around 3 hours.

After the consultation, I offer a free lifetime back-up service to support you and your dog.

Your dog will respond to the signals you are taught of its own free will and this is often evident during the consultation. You will have these skills for life and so be able to apply the method with any dogs you may have in the future

A one-off fee is payable for consultations. This fee will be quoted in full prior to the consultation and will cover the consultation (no extra charges for additional dogs) and the lifetime backup service.
